Yes, backups are important but sometimes bad things happen and this is one of our most common calls. Whilst we cannot provide expensive, clean-lab level data recovery, we have found many other ways to get that data off of that damaged hard drive.
We also don’t like to make money out of misery so we won’t ask for payment if we can’t get your data back.
